Place a measuring tape around the widest portion of your head, about 1" above the eyebrows and ½" above the ears.
If you don't have a paper tape measure, you can use a piece of string.
Wrap the string around your head at the forehead level and mark it. (the string not your head)
Then use a ruler or a yard stick to measure the string, compare the measurement of the string to the size chart to find the size helmet to order.
