APO/FPO addresses. We ship most orders within 2 business days but once we turn them over to the postal system it is out of our hands and we have no way of tracking them.

We will ship to APO/FPO addresses as long as you understand we have no control over your order once it's turned over to the US Post Office. When they turn it over to the Military Postal system, sorry, we are at their mercy.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date. Some orders do not reach their final destination for as long as six weeks. It depends on where you are based and other circumstances beyond anyones control.

Daily phone calls and irate email won't change the way Uncle Sam delivers your order. We will not refund or replace any order that is claimed not to have arrived. It will show up eventually, hopefully before you are discharged or retire.

Our minimum APO/FPO shipping rate is based on a 6 pound package and could increase depending on the weight and dimensions of your order. Base rate is $12.00 plus $1.00 per pound and $1.00 per item.
